This afternoon we have been learning and researching about "INQUIRY" I have been learning about "The world in info graphics Technology. We had to choose a book and right 5 facts about the book that we read and then post it on our blog. I hope you enjoy my 5 facts all about technology
My 5 favourite facts:
1 : Did you know the dual flush toilets can save 26 , 000 L of water a year.
2 : Energy efficient bulbs last 10 times longer than incandescent ones.
3 : Microwave cause water molecules to vibrate producing heat.
4 : To date, the tallest building is the Burj Khalifa. It is nearly twice the height of the Empire State Building, which held the record from 1931 - 1972
5 : The world’s biggest working telephone was 2.47 m high, 6.06 m long and weighed 3.5 tonnes. It was built in 1988 by Dutch insurance company to celebrate its 80th anniversary.
