Topic : No Girls Allowed In The Olympics

Bonus Activity

During our ancient Olympics games, men were allowed to compete in the events but woman were not. In fact, woman were often forbidden from even watching the games. My opinion is that this rule is not fair to the girls because they don't get time to show off their talent and their skills, but instead they have to stay home while the boys are having fun competing.

In your opinion, is that a fair rule? Why or Why Not? On you blog tell us what you think about this interesting rule.

  1. Talofa lava May! I really enjoyed reading your blog about the 'No Girls Allowed' rule. I completely agree that both men and women should be allowed to compete in the Olympic Games. It is only fair!

On that note, I am really looking forward to watching both the men and women compete in the Olympics this year in Brazil. I hope that our athletes from New Zealand have a very successful time and enjoy the experience. I wonder how many medals we will win...

    Cheers, Rachel
