Week Two - Hot Cakes

Today is our cooking day in Food Technology. We had to make Hot Caked/Pancakes. Even though our Hot Cakes looks a bit burnt but I think we tried out best and even though all of our group were not participating, Saane and I tried our best to finish what Mrs. Tuipulotu told us to do. Out of 10, I think that we did about 8 because our Hotcakes were kind of burnt, one of our members weren't participating well enough but at least we made the product! I hope you enjoy my reflection on today's work.

2015 “Wow! This has been an AMAZING year” I have loved being a student at Pt England School. The reason why I love Pt England is because it has such nice teachers and also students. 2015 has been a memory that I will never forget. We have had lots of fun activities this year and fun trips too & I am going to miss the year 8’s next year. This year I have felt Happy at times and at other times I am sad. Whenever I play with my friends I get sad because we might not be in the same class next year & also the year after. For the past few weeks in social studies we have been looking at the amazing culture of Tokelau. I have learnt many new and amazing things about Tokelau. In our Social Studies class we were told to make a Tokelau presentation and we had to add on some fun facts about Tokelau. For example, like what they eat, how they live and many other interesting things no one knows about Tokelau. PART 1 There once lived a girl she was only 7 years old,she lived with her father and her mother then her father passed away because of cancer. When her dad passed away because of cancer her life changed heaps,she wasn’t use to her mother because her mother goes to work and comes back home at 11pm at night and she never spends time with her and they never get along.
